They always mess up the orders. Never once heard a good thing about this jack. Went there once to get something for my kid and... they messed up the order.. so busy they don't answer the phone to refund the stuff they missed. Waste of time and money. Their food is really good, and the orders usually are correct. My only gripes are the friendliness of the employees (which... doesn't bother me, but some it might), and the wait times for the drive-through. I've waited 10-15 minutes serveral times andhave been one of the only cars in the drive through. Otherwise, I would recommend. Read more
As soon as I walked in l felt a sense of unease usually reserved for those headed towards some draconian punishment. It looked... like a downtown bus depot lunch shack. Noon lunch rush. Management will argue with you about giving you a straw or a bag, and will NOT relent. The base workers are underpaid and... overworked. The AC is never on when I go in, I can't even imagine how terrible that is for the people cooking. The wait timesare extremely long and they will treat you like a nuisance for even ordering, I'm guessing because you are giving them morework. This particular location was ok... dining area was opened for inside seating. Orders took a little longer to come out and a... little on the crispy/burned side for me. My friend had no complaints since it was a treat for him to be there. If you park infront of building be aware that the drive up cars are directly behind you and they seemed very busy so you will have a wait inorder to back out, suggest you park away from building and make that short walk in. Bathrooms are locked so you need a securitycode to use which isn't a problem. Restaurant is cleaned as well as surrounding area. Read more
