We arrived a little after 3 PM and they were not very busy. We waited a good 15 minutes before we were even asked what we would... like to drink. I had just made the comment to my husband that I had never waited this long to get a drink in any restaurant thatI've ever been to. I'm not sure if the girl working the bar overheard me or what, but I hear her make the comment I'll never getmy bar cleaned. We gave our drink orders, I asked for iced tea with sweet and low, but she never brought the sweet and low. Ifinally said could I please have the sweet and low so that I could at least drink my tea? At this she rolled her eyes. We wereinformed that it would be another minute before she could bring any of the bread to us. When she took our orders I asked for theFrench dip. I was informed that was the only thing on the menu that she did not have. So I said go ahead and bring our drinksand I'll look to see if there's something else I'd like to have. So we finally get our bread to enjoy before our meal, and itwas very good. Our dinner's finally arrived but my husband's shrimp that was on top of a piece of salmon, were cold. But wedidn't say anything about it. While we are eating our meals, another gal starts her shift. She is behind the bar's talking withthe girl that we were dealing with. I overhear our girl tell her I am not dealing with rude people today. I just don't get whyevery time we have tried Logan's restaurant we always get the worst service or the worst food. Needless to say that is our lasttime ever going to the Chico Logan's. Read more
Chicken sandwich is probably the best meal I ever had here. Sad to see no more peanuts
We were sat in the bar area. The bartender was also our waitress. Not only was she responsible for making all the drinks for the... whole restaurant, but she had to take care of the people seated at the bar and the surrounding tables. She took our order andour food arrived 45 minutes later cold. My mashed potatoes and steak were room temp. I told the waitress that brought the foodand she goes oh okay I?ll warm it up. Brings back my steak Nuked in the microwave for 5 minutes and potatoes cold still. Steakwas rubber after that. Said they took 25% off bill. They took a total of $7 off my $60 bill for bringing out two $26 microwavedsteaks. No one there to complain to so i just paid so i wouldn?t have to be there any longer than i already was. Read more
Absolutely delicious! Our Waiter was super sweet and right on top of drinks! The Anything and Everything Salad is a MUST try!... They have so many toppings and the ranch is so delicious! Not to mention the Roadhouse shrooms and Rolls! The sweet potatoes areout of this world! So happy I gave this place a try! My Husband said the catfish is wonderful! Read more
As far as chain steak houses goes, this is nominal...because it's the only one in Chico. Gone are the days where sawdust and... peanut shells littered the floor, which was part of this establishments ambiance. My wife and I went on Friday to partake of the2 for $50 12oz Prime Rib special. She got the loaded baked potato and broccoli, I got the roasted corn and side salad...both ofus got the Prime Rib rare. The Prime Rib arrived and was exactly how it was supposed to be, same with the sides. This restaurantis a prime example of how a chain should be run...efficiently and without strife. Could it be better!? Yes, just like mostchains. Did we get dessert? No...too full to go down that road. Are there better steak houses in Chico? Again, yes...but youwill spend more. Logans Roadhouse is exactly what it needs to be in a town that definitely needs it. Read more

After reading some of the other reviews I was somewhat hesitant, but my family wanted to go there. Our server Bryn, impressed us... from the start, bring us our drinks and fresh rolls right away. She was so sweet to my 3 yr. old grandson and all of our foodwas hot and very good. I had the meatloaf, the kids had the steak tips and the chicken...was very good and reasonable...but Brynwas the star! Read more
