I went to the restaurant for my pick up order. I was standing (and waving my hand) for 5 min and no one talked to me. I don't... mind waiting, but at least I expected to be noticed. So tasty!! The mushrooms in here were amazing! Portion was perfect, broth was delicious and balanced. Service was awesome!
This is our favorite date night spot! My husband and I eat here about once a month & we have an amazing experience each time.... Chico Ramen is our go-to. Use to be amazing. Still delicious. Price still high Now the portion sizes are literally half of what they use to be. Broth... doesn?t cover the noodles. Tofu use to come in 4 large grilled pieces. Larger portion of mushrooms and kale as well. Love thisplace but with the current half portion sizes with the $55 bill for 2 bowls and 2 lightly filled boa buns, disappointing :( Read more
The food here is good but the prices are insane for the amount of food you get. Dinner for my fiancé and myself was 60 dollars... (2 bowls and 3 bao buns + 15% tip). I did the build a bowl with mochiko fried chicken and got 4 incredibly small pieces ofchicken. I also ordered two of the Manapua bao bun and added cucumber pickles for 50 cents extra each, only to have them forgetthe cucumber pickles entirely. The amount of manapua in the bun was incredibly disappointing compared to what their picturesshow. I like the food but the prices have gone up on pretty much everything and the quality control only seems to have gottenworse. This combined with forgetting extras that were paid for is a frustrating experience when we order it for pickup and getall the way home to discover items missing. Read more
The staff were friendly and it had a cute outdoor seating area. Half of the Bao buns were really good. But the ramen, the entire... reason for coming wasn't good. It was overpriced for what you got. And there just wasn't a lot of flavor. Also, I don't know whosuggested using metal chopsticks, but noodles slide right off of them. I hope that maybe we just went on an off day because Ihate when cute small businesses just aren't good. ??????????? Read more
Half way decent food, but the FOH service is extremely poor. Despite adequate staffing levels service is slow, bathrooms were... out of essentials and the servers general attitude is lacking. Maybe just a very off night? Read more
