Absolutely the BEST overall service, pizza and salad that's been delivered to my house in the past 2 years!! EXTREMELY AWESOME... staff and delivery driver!! This establishment is much like most Mountain Mikes but with a major singular difference, it has allowed the Non-Profit I... volunteer for to meet here without cost. This is major for a small NP like us. We are thankful for the space but it doesn't hurtthat I'm a major fan of the iconic Mountain Mike's Pepperonis! Read more

Mountain Mikes is my favorite hometown pizza place. They serve the best pepperoni. Each pepperoni is so crispy that it curls up... in the heat of the oven. They aren?t stingy either. You get plenty of pep in every bite! I usually ask for a side of ranch todrizzle on top which takes it to a whole other level of flavors. I miss this place! First of all my family and I have LOVED mountain mikes pizza for years! The one star, is strictly for the customer service and... management. My family and I ordered a large pizza the other night, and it took nearly 2 hours to deliver. We called within thetwo hours and checked in, they said that they were almost there, and we worried it?d be cold when it arrived. They told us tocall them if that were the case and they?d offer a refund or a redelivery. Low and behold, once the pizza got here it was cold.The gentlemen who delivered our pizza was very nice and had great customer service, and apologized for the wait. Once werealized our pizza was cold, we called them, like they told us to, and a different gentlemen we spoke to, who was supposedly?the manager? was horribly rude to my family. He was very short and flippant, and said ?well we just don?t give out freepizzas?. This man assumed we were just a bunch of lousy customers looking to get a free meal when that?s not at all the case. Wecalmly asked for his name so we knew who we were talking to, and he refused to give it to us. When we were calmly trying to workit out, to find a middle ground, he kept talking over us, and getting frustrated, and when we said ?can you please not talkover me?, he said ?I don?t have time for this?, and hung up on us. I almost believe that this guy isn?t really the manager, andthat maybe he was a long time employee that the managers ?trusted?, because we really couldn?t believe the way he was acting. Hedid however offer to send us another pizza, but because we had waited two hours, we had to run an errand to get meds for my dad,who by the way has stage IV cancer, therefor we HAD to leave. Maybe we would?ve told him that, if he?d had given us a chance andnot hung up on us. Because of the management, unfortunately we won?t be eating there anymore.
