We are super annoyed with this location. This shop never seems to have a manager in. We called 3 days ago regarding an issue... and we?re supposed to get a call back. 2 calls later still no response and they are never in the store when we call. They madeour order so greasy and oily that the cheese slid off the top and burned into our oven. There was so much of it that it wentinto the grates of the gas burners making our oven unsafe to use and smoking us out of the house. We had to open the windowswhen it?s freezing outside and we have a toddler and newborn. Additionally my husband has a medical condition and the smokecaused by this is very dangerous. We are very upset and still waiting on a response from them. Meanwhile we now have to take ouroven apart to fix the problem caused by them putting a ridiculous amount of oil. If you want a quick meal that satisfies the entire family, look no further than Papa Murphy's! They have delicious pizza made... with fresh ingredients. They also have holiday-shaped pizza(heart, pumpkin, etc) that makes the kiddos smile! It's cheap, andalso avaliable to those who have EBT, which is very cool. Read more

Health hazard, stay away! This place used to be great. Easy take-n-bake for a last minute dinner. But they got new staff, and... now it's a disgrace. I've watched staff drop a lot of food on the floor and put it back up for later use. Like, several times.They'll also forget your order, so you're going to wait over an hour anyways. You're better off going anywhere else and notgetting food poisoning. Take it from somebody who used to eat here all the time, and never will again. Read more

I have had tasteless pizzas before but the one I had last night didn't have any flavor at all. I agree that the sauce is not... the same as before and does not taste as if there are any spices in it at all. Besides that, they hardly put any sauce onto thepizza. I have had Papa Murphy's on Eaton and that was a good pizza. What's wrong with the ownership and management of theNotre Dame store? We haven't had Papa Murphy's in awhile it had always been good in the past. I walked into the Notre Dame location today and... immediately sensed something had changed. I believe it's under new ownership but not posted anywhere. The store was clean butthe crew didn't look happy, none wearing masks not sure if wearing gloves and no aprons. There were handwritten Now Hiring signsby register and door. Ordered 2 pizzas 1 family size 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese(not even extra) and med. cowboy that came up to$33! I know cost have gone up everywhere but that's borderline Round Table or Mtn Mike prices and those are cooked for you. Ialmost canceled order but didn't. The large turned into 1 giant bubble. Caused the cheese to drop in my oven to burn and smoke. My husband tried to salvage it. He poked holes into the cowboy pizza so it didn't get bubbles. The cowboy turned out better. I believe the sauce has changed. I didn't care for it at all and wished I'd cancelled. I'm out 33$ for a medium pizza. We won'tbe back. Read more
