Staff is super friendly but plan on ordering an hour in advance if you order online. This Papa Murphys is busy!

Ordered ahead to fit collection into my schedual, they hadn't even started prepping it when I got there 2 mins before it was... due, so sat around on their dirty bench for 20 mins while walk in customers got their food, no communication about why it tookso long or even an apology. Because I was shopping at the south part of town, I got my pizza from a P.M. store there. I got home and noticed my pizza was... missing the main ingredient, chicken. I didn?t want to drive back to the south end of town, so I took my pizza to this location(Mangrove Ave) and they added chicken to my pizza at no cost. I didn?t buy the pizza from their store and they could havecharged me for adding the chicken. Great people! Great customer service! Thank you! Read more

Prices are getting pretty high. I really enjoy taking advantage of the Tuesday $12.99 large pizza deal! Employees were friendly.

Papa Murphys is wonderful. Its always cool and clean and smells like fresh cut vegetables---no grease smells, no over cooked... meat smells... and the people who work there are always attentive and thier uniforms neat and clean. Its really a fresh andunique alternative to take out pizza. And the pizzas are overloaded if anything!!! Never skimpy on the cheese or meats! Read more

The manager is kinda of rude and disrespectful but the employees sometimes are nice but they more focused on the drama that... happen arounds them in their life then actually doing their job and making pizzas. Read more

Friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. One of the girls put a smiley face on my cowboy stuffed crust pizza. I loved it. As a manager... myself here in chico for zots restraunt being personable is an important quality for an employee. Read more

Just terrible service. They told me a 15 minute wait, it was 45. The phone quality when I called in was straight from 1974 on... their side. The worker at the window was horribly rude. Pretty hard to mess up take and bake pizza and yet bad service will dojust that. So long, have a nice life. Read more
