I used to be a big fan of this place, ever since moving to chico 4 years ago. i would come at least once a week for a while and... raved about this place to friends/coworkers, but honestly it?s just gone down hill. the new workers aren?t friendly orwelcoming, and customer service is a big part of enjoying your experience somewhere. this wasn?t just a one off day, but mylast multiple visits. my food the last few times hasn?t tasted very well, i didn?t even end up getting 5 bites into my last pitabefore throwing it out, despite it being what I usually go to. food quality + cm service will not have me back. Please tip workers directly! As mentioned before Thomas is the man so tip him directly too! Staff there is great everytime!... That's why I say tip directly! Upper management decided they deserve tips too, without any policy in place, which is a big no noin the food industry. The staff there are rockstars and I know how much they appreciate any kind of tips big or small.Everything there I've ever had is absolutely delicious, I love the food.
