Rice Bowl is a Chico staple. They have been around for over 60 years and it is still the original family that owns and operates... the restaurant. The sushi is great, I usually order The Mission Impossible roll, it is the chiefs creation. It is easily enoughfor one person and it is always a different mix of flavors. Highly recommended! I've been to Chico countless times! My best friends live there and of course, we tend to frequent the places we know and love.... However, we decided to change things and go somewhere new! I couldn't be happier with the choice. Absolutely adore that theyhave 2 sides of the restaurant, one Japanese style and the other Chinese to go along with their menu! We wanted Japanese food sowe sat on the Japanese side in a tatami room which was so cool! Felt like I was back in Kyoto again! The food was delicious! Ohmy god, if you're looking for a delicious appetizer you HAVE to get the fried green beans. I still think about them. We orderedso many items off the menu, I can't name them all, but I can tell you everything we got did not disappoint! Seriously, stop byRice Bowl and give em a try! Read more

Absolutely delicious! Was visiting Chico to see some family and this place popped up. Very glad we went; the sushi rolls were... bomb and the crab rangoons are AMAZING. (No pics as they didn’t stay on the plate long enough!) The fortune cookies are alsovery good! You can buy a bag of 12 for $1 at the front counter and I got two. The service was also great, no complaints there.Overall a very good sushi stop! Will definitely be visiting again when I find myself back on the West Coast. Read more

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food came out to the table complete and was very tasty. The pan fried noodles were crispy... and if you like them less crispy please order that way. We ate meal family style. Read more
Delivery was super fast. Customer service is okay too. Very nice friendly people. I really want to give them a five star for... fast delivery and nice customer service. But the food that I received really wasn't what I expected and not worth the money. Part of that's on me though because I thought there was supposed to be a seaweed salad with it. You have to pay extra for that.The menu is actually very clear. The appetizer combo is definitely not worth the price though. I am sure a lot goes into makingit. The 2 pieces of bacon wrapped shrimp were very good but too chewy (overcooked). The egg rolls are actually very greasy. Nono no on the foil wrapped chicken????. It came very fast...???? Read more
