I rarely do Google reviews but it was my first time trying this particular Round Table Pizza. I do have to say the staff was... extremely friendly and helpful. I asked them about specials and one member recommended I order online because they have ordersspecifically from ordering via online- that was a little disappointing. The ordering process was easy, but they didn?t have verymany specials online like other pizza places in town. Although, the limit of specials, the quality of food/service was great. Itseems like they need more workers @ night/weekends. All members were working behind the counter making pizzas and taking care ofcustomers at the register. This lead the lobby to be a little messy- but understandable due to the circumstances. My order wasdone on time, they got the order correct and without me asking, added plates/cheese/peppers. I did not know I could not leave atip when I paid and had to add it when I originally made the order online- so sorry! I will bring cash next time. Quality overquantity!! Food is delicious! I loved it, it feels so family friendly and it's a perfect place for the kids while you eat.
Disappointing customer service. I was told the size of pizzas in my order were XL but upon arrival, I received larges, hence... some of my guests didn?t eat. It was embarrassing and not cool. Also only 3 of the 4 pizzas were delivered because of ?anaccident in the kitchen? so we waited for the last to arrive and they were on the cold side. I called Round Table and themanager said there was nothing he could do. That is poor service. I won?t be going to this location anymore. Read more

The employee James was extraordinary on the phone! I could tell he was honestly happy and soooo friendly!! When I came to pick... up my order there were TWO super friendly employees, the other one was named Kevin. I asked for the manager and told him howawesome his employees are, the manager was genuinely super friendly too! I could tell the work environment here is awesome andthey obviously get treated well! Good on management! A good attitude goes along way and these guys deserve a raise. Kudos toJames and Kevin, and the manger! And probably everyone else there too. Good job guys!!! Read more
I ordered a personal size pizza off the Round Table App and it was very easy to customize. The app let me know the pizza would... be ready in 10 minutes. I drove up to the curbside puck up and called the number sent to me with the receipt in the emailconfirmation. The costumer service person was very kind and had my order walked out to my car within 1 minute. The pizza was hotperfectly cooked and covered with the perfect ration to crust veggies. Very unclean. Service ignored me for a long time. No posted menus. Only lunch specials. Workers rude. Loud heavy metal... playing No TV in family/party room, displayed packages and beer kegs. Not a place I?d recommend. I usually love RoundTable, whyI?m EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED & disappointed. Read more
