Such lovey employees. Attentive, friendly, and curtious. A great armel maciado to be had.
The guy was killing it, he did great. The girl who pretends to sound cheery was very condescending when we didn't know they... weren't a "reserves" store, as we were going by the menu on the website and she tried to take back her snarky remark, but onceher true colors were shown--there's just no back pedaling that. Most of the time this place is good. Not great, but good. I?ve encountered weird issues with some of the staff. Asking for my... name when I?m in the drive thru is weird. This happens on multiple occasions. The last person at the window was less thancourteous. And the girl who loudly sings to take your order is obnoxious, frankly. I?ll still use your drive thru because thislocation is the closest to my house. I much prefer the Forest Ave location. Wish they had a drive thru. Read more
Has to be the worse Starbucks iv ever been to. 9 time out of 10 coffee is made wrong and they dont like fixing it. Super slow.... Line takes forever. Customer service not so great.. only come if I have to. Read more

Ordered a latte and the barista who took my order asked if I wanted it hot or cold. I said hot please. Well, out came an iced... latte. I said I am sorry but I had requested a hot latte and the lady didn't apologize and had a scowl on her face as she looksat the tag on the cup. All it said was latte, and didn't say hot or cold. She never once acknowledged her mistake and was rudeand just obviously hated her job. She made a hot one in 2 seconds and slammed it down and walked away. Needless to say I tookone sip and tossed it.
