The people here are very nice and welcoming, however, the drinks i got were wayyy too sweet and gave me a bad headache. I come here often and every person who takes my order is always in a good mood even if someone asks for a drink to be remade. I... usually get a black iced coffee and they either ask if I want sweetener in it or leave it out, which is great in my book. Theyare quick to address everyone waiting to pick up and seem very organized. Read more
This is a great place to go first thing in the morning because the staff is so cheerful and they made me feel really... welcome. What's more is that this Starbucks has no drive through. I prefer to slow down, and not idle my motor in a line ofcars if I don't have to. Also, this lets baristas take much better care of you. Coffee flies out of this place, and withattitude of performers focused on above-average service. Bravo! Read more
When I stopped in at this Starbucks for some lunch, I was helped by the loveliest lady. I don?t remember her name, but she was... older (i.e., gray hair). During the whole process of ordering my food, she took care to get my order right and includedfinishing touches, such as utensils, napkins, and putting my order in a carry bag (the kind with handles) without me having toask for them. This is such a refreshing change from so many other employees who paint a smile on, rush me through ordering, rushme through paying, rush through giving me change and a receipt, and rush through handing off my order. But not this lady. Shetreated me like a human being. I will go back to this Starbucks just for the quality of service that this lady offers. Read more
There's not a drive through in the universe that compares to the warmth and personal service at this cafe. I really appreciate... the staff for always making me feel like they're happy to see me. It's the brightest spot in my day. And the coffee is alwaysperfection. Read more
This is where I?m ?from? last, so on my way to take care of things in my ?hometown? from wandering around the US, my brakes died... so I?m sitting around Chico and being *super* responsible and then BLAM, the music changed right around when I realized I neededto write a personal statement AND a statement of purpose for graduate school. Not only did I instead, resort to creating amazingrun-on sentences in a review and consoling myself with ?take more online classes at community college for another year to fillthe blanks?, but the music altered my attitude and made me just sit back and enjoy one of the many unique coffee flavors I keepforgetting they have here?-NO arguments about opening a bag or having them strain so hard to open the cabinet and poke around tosee ?what?s open? as there?s always good stuff open. See photos. Everyone can pee (or poop or whatever y?all do In there) atthis Starbucks. Parking is ample and close by. Outlets are limited, but adequate as it?s too far from the college to be superbusy. No secret nooks, no resident ?that guy?, big windows to keep away that feeling of claustrophobia, but the (only) 2 comfychairs are smallish. I was happy that mean lady wasn?t here and the 2 associates were friendly, helpful and working hard.Whipped cream is FREE!! All is clean and well kept. Internet is wonderful in comparison to other stores in the area. I tookaway a star because of memories of the uptight lady. This place is quite relaxing without her. More people should hang here. Sara, Jacob, and Hannah have great customer skills, They are efficient, friendly, and customer oriented. The coffee great and... made to the customer's likes. This location is clean and I would highly recommend patronizing it. When we visit Chico again inthe future we will definitely visit it again. Read more
