This subway does not take subway coupons. I had a coupon for 3 subs for $17.99 and they wouldn't take it unless I bought 3 meal... deals(which I did not want). I end up having to pay $32.71..I will never go there again. Read more
My fiance took our 3 yr old daughter with him to this store to get food for our family and while there the employee had a... attitude with him and was being rude. When he asked what his problem was, the employee told him, "Nothing and if you have aproblem then we can meet up later(aka he wanted to fight my fiance). I'm not okay with this experience, especially in front ofmy 3 yr old daughter. This was very unprofessional and not okay at all. I'll definitely be filing a complaint and making suresomething is done about this. This is a liability and Subway needs to handle it. Read more

I only left 1 star so I could keave this reveiw. On December 23rd I purchased $120 in gift cards. On my receipts I was given... free 6 in Sandwich coupons. On January 5th I called the Nord store and once again faced with that awful manager of at least 3stores in Chico. I told her I had the coupons and wondered if I needed to buy something to redeem them. She says they don'tredeem coupon I said that you gave them to me. She asked who it was that gave them to me I told her I did not know and she saidyou must not know very much and hung up on me. This same woman has been seen eating over the food line and talking to peoplewith food in her mouth. And if you read the reviews are all bad about her. The staff was really friendly. I mean like really friendly. I don't remember the guy's name, but he was super helpful and... friendly. The sandwich that I got was pretty good and I enjoyed it, wish I would've gotten the foot long. I liked that it wasclean inside as well. Great place, 5/5. Read more
If you're in the mood for a quick sandwich, Subway is a decent option. However, the ingredients aren't always fresh, and it can... be a bit expensive. They also don't accept coupons, which is a bummer. The line can move very slow, especially during lunchtimerushes, because they're usually understaffed. One thing to keep in mind is that there are often homeless people hanging outnear the entrance/exit. While they're not necessarily doing anything wrong, it can be a bit off-putting for some customers. Read more
