This place is a disgrace I have to call while I was in the drive-thru to ask if they were open 10 mins after they were suppose... to be open and ready. then the woman with a snobby response says it's gonna be a little longer we are not ready. Seriously? Youare a business you get there before you open to be ready at opening time. Then it took 15 mins for them to take my order only totell me they couldn't get the coffee machine to work at the moment. I drove off and wasted 30 mins of my time and when to adifferent taco bell not affiliated with the one on 20th st. The one on esplanade had my order done and food in my hand in 5minutes and they had a working coffee machine. Read more

Delicious Crunchy Tacos. A walk in order, a bit of a wait. Friendly employees. Dining room could have used a wipe down.

AWFUL service, don't order from here. 4 out of the 5 times I purchased were wrong and sent back. And then they were still wrong!... And the guy didn't want to do his job especially with his tone. No sauce, no cutlery, no napkins, no straw for my drink. Therewas gray sauce on all the wrappers I had to touch inorder to get my food. That's DISGUSTING! Read more

Order supposed to be ready by 854 pm. Daughter went to p/u and noone came to counter for a LONG time, even when she called out... to try to get their attention. Food was made but employee told her they didn't have anyone to make the beverages at the time. She waited 46 minutes, requested a refund which they refused. She finally left without the drinks and with a stale oldCrunchwrap Supreme. I called and talked to manager Treyna (sp.?) who said they were very short staffed. She said shecouldn't give me a refund but could give me the drinks if I came back in. I had to dispute the charge with my bank instead inorder to get refund. Worst customer service we have ever had anywhere. Just completely ignore patrons or are rude to them. Read more

This place is a total dumpster fire. Short staffed as it is but the employees move with NO sense of urgency. They apparently... have plenty of time to cuss, joke and laugh though. Last time I was in I didn't even see a manager and it took 1hr. 15 min. toget my order. Unless it's between 2pm and 5pm, I'd avoid this place! Read more

My kiddo checked the bag to make sure all our food was there, to her it seemed apparent it was, got all the way home to find... chips thrown in the bag, which made it deceiving that we had all our food (to my kid) but we did not. Tacos were all broken andcold, Baja blast was watered down. Super disappointed that we waited as long as we did for what we got?or did not ???? and spentmoney here. Read more

This location makes a good argument against a minimum wage, let alone increasing it. I've never once ordered from this location... and not had them mess it up. I guess it's what I deserve for eating taco bell in the first place. Read more

You should probably make a more clearly written sign or listen to a customers question when you reiterate what the sign... says. It says for take out, great! I would like to take my food out. Nowhere does it say you cannot order at the counter. Itdoes say you?re welcome to order through your app, however; if you?re having such an issue with people trying to order throughthe lobby don?t be rude. Simply make it more obvious you cannot order through the lobby for takeout? ???? Read more
