I've been coming to this taco bell for 5 years, I don't know what's up with the staff they have there right now. I never get all... my order in the bag, EVER. And I only order 2 or 3 items at a time. They have been constantly out of basic items like rice andbeans. And for two soft tacos I waited 45 minutes the other day. Won't be going back here. Read more

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would! Ordered on the app last night, when I got there an employee laying out front... on the sidewalk informed me the lobby was closed. Then he went back to sleeping without any efforts to help, so I called thestore. The manager told me that they had my order and since I already paid, someone would bring it out to me. I waited out frontfor 40 minutes, NOTHING! So naturally, I called back. This time the same guy, now tells me I didn't just speak to him, theydon't have any orders, the lobby is closed, and I must have ordered from someplace else. When I tried to get this resolvedwhether it be my food or a refund, he refused to help me and told me to deal with it online. The app has no way to get in touchwith anyone right away, but I made a complaint and didn't receive any follow up, still no refund! Beyond unprofessional, thismanager should at the very least be demoted after the way he handled this situation because I'm sure it's not the first time. Okay, today was my first time going to this Taco Bell and boy was I dissatisfied. My cousin and I ordered a super simple snack... with low expectations, I mean common, it?s Taco Bell they?re not gunna be perfect. But! I ordered a bean burrito with extracheese and the only cheese that was on that burrito was in the very last bite very heartbreaking. Ordered a beefy five layerburrito with no sour cream thankfully didn?t get any sour cream but there was not even one scoop of stuff, legit mostlytortilla. Ordered a bag of cinnamon twists only twists no cinnamon, these are my favorite snack! I?m having a hard time rightnow and this broke my heart. But thankfully, I ordered nacho fries, they were seasoned and hot thank you very much for that Iwas very satisfied with the fries, but everything else completely ruined the experience. Never spending a single cent at anyTaco Bell ever again. Not until these workers start WORKING! And just to add on my cousin left a $20 tip in cash because he wasfeeling nice. I feel betrayed. I always check my order here. Can't remember when I last got a correctly filled order. This time was missing the chips for the... nachos, spoons for the potatoes and the soft taco was about a third full. They did supply the missing items and remake the tacoquickly. Went in around 12:30?am to pick up some mobile orders and the white dude with shoulder length curly hair had the worst customer... service attitude. If you hate your job then quit.
