Let's start off with the service was SUPER SLOW. Second off the car in front of us was causing problems from the beginning. Then... the so called "assistant managerc with the small gauges and the nose ring was SUPER rude to us. The car in front of us decidedto start problems by getting out of the window and calling me and my friends names and guess what the "assistant manager" did.Oh wait that's right, stick up for them. We didn't do anything to them and yet your taco bell employee decided to blame it onus. He should be FIRED immediately for harassment of someone who didn't even do anything to the car in front of us. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the employee who came back from break took our order. Then after at least... 20min, our order came. It was all jumbled into the bags. The burritos weren't correctly labeled and it was super frustrating totry and distribute to my 8 kids. No service was given. No napkins were provided. It was a super stressful dinner. The last few months the service at this location has been absolutely horrible. I mean really, really horrible. But it looks like... management finally figured out that they needed a staff change. The last 3 times that I've gone there have been new faces and a100% new attitude. They're getting thru the line quicker and the staff is a lot friendlier and a lot more pleasant. This taco bell sucks .they take soooo long just to take an order 8n drive through then u get to the window it takes even... longer.
