There Is a clear priority to filling online orders and customers waiting to order in the store are basically ignored. When I... arrived there was a large group at the head of the line, so I assumed the line was not moving because they had a large andcomplicated order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, i noticed that the staff were not helping the group and were just fillingonline orders. I should have just left at that point, but I was in the middle or a long trip and was hoping for a quick meal(which is usually the case for chipotle). In the future, ill go somewhere else. Read more

Great food! The servers are usually friendly. It's often busy but the line moves quickly. One of the favorite spots to eat.
