My sausage and cheese wrap!!!!!! ???????? unreal, straight to the trash !
Place was clean, my order was correct, they had Boston Crème munchkins!
All I ordered was bacon in the drive thru. Somehow they got my order mixed up with an order someone placed in store, and they... ended up charging me for their $7 coffee instead so they upcharged me even after I questioned it. I didn't have time to stop andget it sorted out because I was on my way to work. These people never know what they're doing half the time. Read more

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN. They have lost my two coffees a day business and Starbucks will be my new home. For... the third time in the past 2 months I waited over 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. To the point where other customers werepointing it out to the manager. I told her I?ve been standing at this window waiting for 25 minutes, to which she responded youneed to listen better and pay attention someone else took your food. Afterwards she told me they would remake it then threw afreezing cold bag of food at me. The food I received was cold and both of my coffees were made completely wrong. I understandmistakes happen and they are understaffed, I have been more than patient the past two years. But the unprofessional employees isbeyond me. Sitting outside for about 15 minutes at 3 am before they even tried to take my order, car at the window said they had been... sitting here for a half an hour. There is a line at the drive-thru at 3 am when there is zero traffic out whatsoever. Wepulled up to the drive-thru at 3:02 A.M. we literally ordered one coffee basic as it comes at the speaker... they finally tookus at the window at 3:15 A.M. because the people that were sitting there in front of us for over 45 minutes drove off sheapologized and asked what we wanted again because they didn't even get our order. When the pepple in front of us complained themanager was extremely rude and making faces at them which I could see because no one inside was wearing a mask the girl at thewindow when we pulled up which was not the manager she was not wearing a mask as well.
