I had asked for no whip cream or cherry and when I watched her put it in the bag I questioned it and she took it back, the guy... took cherry off dumped it into another cup and smothered the top w chocolate so I wouldn't know till we ate it.... absolutely aterrible thing to do and Terrible customer service!!! Once again they gave me a beef patty instead of an impossible patty. And they charge extra for it. This has happened several... times here, it's ridiculous. I've reached out to corp but they obviously haven't addressed the issue. And they just tell me tocall the store to take care of this. My food and sundaes are always delicious. My most recent order was off grubhub and the app wasn't set up for additional... toppings the staff and management was more then willing to accommodate my request. Two weeks ago I was hospitalized and thefood was horrendous. All I wanted was a Sundae to pick me up. The two gentleman working the to go window and Sundae station werequick courteous and made my day with an excellently made sundae. Read more
