I had asked for no whip cream or cherry and when I watched her put it in the bag I questioned it and she took it back, the guy... took cherry off dumped it into another cup and smothered the top w chocolate so I wouldn't know till we ate it.... absolutely aterrible thing to do and Terrible customer service!!! Once again they gave me a beef patty instead of an impossible patty. And they charge extra for it. This has happened several... times here, it's ridiculous. I've reached out to corp but they obviously haven't addressed the issue. And they just tell me tocall the store to take care of this. I shouldn't have to call the store to fix your training/operations issue. Done with thisplace. Read more
My food and sundaes are always delicious. My most recent order was off grubhub and the app wasn't set up for additional... toppings the staff and management was more then willing to accommodate my request. Two weeks ago I was hospitalized and thefood was horrendous. All I wanted was a Sundae to pick me up. The two gentleman working the to go window and Sundae station werequick courteous and made my day with an excellently made sundae. Read more

We went to Palmer at Main st. Restaurant And the was terrible. We waited to get seat for more the 20 minutes. And after we seat... and after the waitress never show to our table . Was around 2pm no was busy just 2 tables with customers. We decided to leavefor terrible service. We decided to go back home to Chicopee. And my husband decide to try the Friendly's there. We are here visiting a few colleges and soon as I saw that Friendly's across the street from our hotel I said I will definitely... be going over there to get me a Reese's Pieces sundae! I miss it so much. They use to have one in Dayton really close to ourhouse and as a family we would go up there for dessert! I have not been to a Friendly's in sooooo many years. The food tends to be hit or miss out of the many times I?ve gone. But the real annoyance is the pathetic friendz?s that they... have been making, peanut butter cups fully intact, not mixed well, and most annoyingly for the price they haven?t even beenfull. The food is always hot and fresh. The drive through is incredibly convenient if your sick of McDonald's type food but dislike... waiting around. Staff is always courteous. Read more
