I've been a regular customer for the last year or so. I'm going to preference this by stating I've only ordered pizza (both the... specialty pizza's and build your own) It's my 'go to' place for pizza, I generally order 2-3 times per month. I find the pizzato be EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicopee area. I like the website for it's online ordering. Quality ingredients, goodfood, fair, competitive prices, easy online ordering eliminates the need to call and order. I notice a fair amount of turnoverat the front counter, but staff is always courteous. My only gripe is the location (and parking) it's a multi tenant strip mall,and sometimes the parking sucks. I've also worked in the pizza industry and have eaten pizza all over the country, to include New York City andChicago. Giovanni's is easily one of my top 3 nationally. Got a large pizza with wings for 31 dollars. The pizza was very good. The wings were pretty awful, i got the hot wings. They... were white and dried out with no sauce. It was pretty disgusting. They get 3 stars because of pizza and delivery kid was greatand very nice. If you order here stick to pizza. Dont waste money on wings. Read more

Tonight was my family’s first time ordering from Giovanni’s. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza, honey bbq wings,... boneless chicken tenders, and French fries. The Bacon cheeseburger pizza was amazing! My husband was reluctant- he lovescheeseburgers, but is not a fan of ketchup or mustard. But he absolutely loved this pizza and so did I. The toppings wereperfectly balanced and all the flavors complimented each other really well. We love that the crust isn’t too doughy. It hasthe perfect amount of “give” while still having that nice crunch you want from a pizza crust. Honey BBQ Wings were alsocooked deliciously. A little on the smaller side but still worth it. The fries could have been cooked longer, but otherwisetasted good and my son still gobbled them all up. Read more
