Little ceasers in Chicopee was a terrible experience because I asked for Deep dish 3 meat pizza, and I get 2 different pizzas,... stupid lady didn't understand what I was saying and wouldn't admit it, so I ended up getting my money back and getting a freemeal because lady was an idiot, people need to learn to listen, if you don't understand what they are saying, ask the person torepeat it. I never leave reviews but this warrants one! We haven't ordered from them in over a year because the last time they messed up... our order so bad and refused to offer any resolution because it was too close to closing time! Tonight, decided to give themanother shot. BIG MISTAKE! Ordered a cheese pizza and received it with pepperoni... My fiance can't eat pork! Hence, the cheesepizza ordered! I will say, we ordered through Doordash but they aren't the ones who made the pizza. And Doordash only reimbursedpartial payment. I've ordered food online via Little Caesars app. Usually no mishaps. Come in and punch the code sent thru and go with my food.... The last few times I've done so though, my order was not ready. Each time they never bothered looking at the ticket that popsout. I ordered each time in advance to pickup at a specific time. In my case 915pm, because I get out of work at 9pm. Order notdone. Don't get me wrong. Maybe because it's late in the shift, but it if ordered it 3 hours in advance, it shouldn't be anissue. But the workers will immediately get to making my order with a smile and no fuss. They always apologize. So that doesn'tmake the review as bad. Food delicious. Stopped in to get a pizza, we had been out all day. My husband needed to use the restroom while we waited for our pizza -... employees would NOT let him use the restroom. This is horrible. Will not spend my money here any longer. Read more
Food was good. Was not sure they were open because the sign was off. None the less got in and waited a bit...but all said and... done, it was fine. I would definitely go again if I'm in the area. Read more
If you like burnt food Little Caesar?s is the place to go! Most burnt crazy bread around!! Yum
The best Little Cesar's in my area. Melissa is always very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this location.
