They never have anything. Asked for a diet coke, they didn't have it. Asked for a sprite, they didn't have it. Went through... almost the whole list before they said the only thing they had was an orange soda. Asked for a fish sandwich, didn't have it.Asked for buffalo sauce... can you guess what the answer was? Oh! And especially don't go here when McDonalds is doingpromotions. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Guy eating fries out of the fry basket , walked in had to wait a good 5 minutes while... employees were talking, before our order was taken. Not to mention fries were burnt and cold ketchup packets were covered in asticky substance, had two bun tops on our burgers one had mayo, hopefully it was mayo, hamburger had a spot of ketchup, nopickles on many burgers, at least 3 recieved their orders first before us but ordered after us, and the manager was miy untilthe very end when I did speak to her to no avail. This has got to be THE worst McDonald's EVER! These people have no idea what they're doing and frankly I don't think they even... care. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and she rang in a sausage egg biscuit. I explained to her that I wantedcheese on it and she told me they come with cheese. When I finally received my order, no cheese and 2 hash browns were thrown inthe bag, dripping with grease. I asked her to remake the whole order and once again I got it with no cheese. I finally asked herto just give me a piece of cheese and I'll put it on myself. Also, had an egg Mcmuffin that was barely toasted. Someone, whom Iassumed was the manager, was walking around eating a hash brown where the customers could see. Read more
Drive through Horrible experience, the fat lady called the one with a black shirt and a big tattoo (which is a girl as well)... they charged me for the order of the front person who left speeding and I assuming it was because a bad service; then theychanged me for my order; Exactly they charged me twice and I realized it because I am always paying attention to my banktransactions? I called the restaurant and I still waiting on the promise that they will call me back. This is a situation that Iwill resolve putting a red flag on that transaction but you know what? It's McDonald's... you get what you get, lol. BUT...I can say that their ice cream machine is usually working! I've also never... gotten asked to pull to the side as much as I have at this location, but the staff are usually always friendly. Read more
