A little disappointed. I started ordering salads there last week and twice my bacon was not on it. I customize the salad so they... have to read it to make it and I pay an extra $1.50 for bacon. No bacon. Today I get no bacon almost no spinach, one piece ofpepper, two pickles and a pile of lettuce. Someone clearly shook the salad container to hide that things were missing. They wereeven asked if the bacon was in it and the person said it was. Beware and make sure you check you food if you pre-orderon-line. Not sure what is going on with the bacon but they are not putting it on the food. Read more
Frustrated, since I go to Subway thinking about the Broccoli Soups and when I arrive the girl tells me that they are not ready... yet, since as they hardly move, it is the last thing she does. my opinion if they don't sell broccoli soups then remove it fromthe menu. If it were possible to give no stars, I would! We asked for water in a cup. We only drink water, and prefer to not drink... bottled water. They charged us $2.29 for water from the fountain. When questioned, they said we charge the same as fountaindrinks even if it?s just water. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING! I?ve traveled all over the US, and this was a first! I canunderstand if you need to charge me ten cents for the cup, but $2.29, as if I was buying soda! NEVER! Needless to say, we willnever stop here again! Read more
Someone should call the board of health on this place. Very dirty building. When is the last rime the cleaned yuk. Manager came... out reaked with the smell of pot. Proceeds to make me my food. No gloves after she made it told her to remake it. She gotnastey. Called subway customer service. Told nothing can be done cause there franchised stores. What a joke. Garlic bread grinders were completely soaked through with butter, leaving the bread completely wet and the meatballs were... horrendous. Completely stale bread on another grinder with no thought or care put into it's ingredients or the making of itwhat-so-ever. We're sad we even had to pay for this garbage. Read more
Nothing is more better than selecting what you one on your sandwich. Or unless you're like me and you always try the new... sandwich being advertised. The Cubano sandwich was not the best thing I ever tasted. It felt like it was too much pulled pork inyour mouth. Plus the sandwich became very soggy afterwards. I would recommend everyone to go to this subway. Because theservice was wonderful. But recommending the new sandwich. No. You're better off making your own or picking another one. Read more
There were two guys working One seemed to be new and the other was training him. The guy training the new person wasn't very... friendly to me but he was friendly to everyone else that came after me. He acted like he didn't want talk to me but at least thenew guy was friendly. In the restroom the lock on the door didn't work and the hot water faucet didn't work either. I won't begoing back to that store. I will stick with the store by my house where I always get good friendly service. Read more
