I ordered online. Went to pick up my order, went home and the order was wrong. I went in again for them to fix it, I made sure... it was right with them before I went back home, and guess what.. it was wrong again. Service can take a bit if you go late at night, but that's pretty much par for the course. The meal deals at Wendy's are... probably the best value for money in the whole fast food industry. Read more
The food at this Wendy's is fine and the employees are respectful. Just expect to wait in the drive-thru for a good long time.
Fries weren't cooked correctly there was no ice in the soda machine so our drinks were p-warm. The really sad thing is this... wendy's was my favorite they haven't had horrible service in the decade I've been going to them highly disappointed hopefully ifI decide to go back there the service will be how it use to be. If there was an option for zero stars I would put that. If you serve french toast sticks and you do not have syrup which clearly... goes with french toast why let me order them and not tell me? Everytime I order from you guys something is messed up. And ima regular customer regardless . Every time lately a patty on a bgr... is missing or you never have items . But today omg the worst service ever . I found plastic or idk what the hell in my food . Itook pictures. Can?t believe it . Wish delivery service offered what store to pick instead of this one . I ordered the Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich and they gave me a burger. Totally not what I ordered!! How do they screw up... so royally?!?!?! Not only that but the fries were cold and my friend got the wrong drink. Very disappointing!! Read more
