The person at the front counter, where I ordered my food, seemed unfriendly or unhappy because he wouldn't smile back at me.... Customer service skills need sharpening. I ordered a whopper with a poutine and a rootbeer. The woman only filled the poutinecontainer half full, which, if you are paying $10(trio) + $2 (change fries to poutine) +tax, you should definitely get yourmoney's worth. The food is great literally great in quality and the quantity of course! ???? But the weak point is about its customer services,... I mean the restaurant is always closed after 7pm which is really bad and early for the dinner time! And the second negativitybut the most annoying thing for me is the staff behaviour to a person like me who is not good in French language. I had a veryexperience once this winter when I didn?t understand while ordering what She (the employee) said in French she was kindamisbehaved and told me ?parler en Français? with anger which made me sad in that day!
