We came here for lunch. Made reservation three days in advance. Last time I visited Quebec City I would like to have dinner at... Ciel but it was fully reserved. They have inexpensive lunch menu. For 20-25$, you get soup or salad, main course and coffee ortea. Lunch menu dessert is 4$ extra. There are also snack menu. Read more
