I stopped going to this restaurant years ago because of horrible customer service. I gave it a shot about a month ago and the... customer service was really fantastic. However, today I went to get food and it was like a hostage negotiation. They couldn't"give [me] # of XYZ but could do # of XYZ" on everything. I was told the following: I could only buy 4 tenders if i wanted, they didn't have anymore. I was told I could only get the 10 pc and mixed (roasted and fried, dark meat only) because therewasn't enough of any of the chicken. I couldn't get 12 rolls but could get 6. It was beyond frustrating, I finally I orderedthe 10 pc dark mixed tp get to the window and find out the roasted was all dried up. They said they were too short staffed tocook anything else.???? Then why was the restaurant open? And chicken tenders only have to be dropped in the fryer so whyweren't they? I canceled my order. I'm almost positive that was what they wanted. The employee had no cares to give. The onething that has been fairly consistent at this place is inconsistency. Bad service coming in a close second. It's sad becausethere aren't many places to order food in this small town and now I have one less. I'm giving two stars because I've had issuesthe majority of the time, but not that one time. Clean with friendly, very helpful employees. Restrooms were clean as well. Food was good drinks were cold and very little wait... time. Will stop again I'm sure Read more
I try not to give to many bad reviews but this was the worse chicken place ive ever eaten at and service was horrible. Chicken... sandwich was small and dried out. Said 20% bigger. Id hate to see the size before. Was about the size of 2 strips. Side werecold and tasted like they were pretty old. Read more
The food didn't taste like it normally does and honestly wasn't very good. It didn't help matters much that it's now $17 for a... 7pc tender meal. I think my family and I will hold off on going back for a while. The staff was very friendly however so I dogive them 5 stars. Read more
Chicken, chicken strips and fish,,,, delicious wish we had one in Garden City, ks. The chicken is moist and tastes like chicken.... They do not use the same fryer for the chicken and the fish. The bread is off the chain. The service is great the employees arefriendly knowledgeable and know the price with tax on all of the items. We stopped in Childress,TX This is the place we willalways stop at on our way to the Fort Worth and Dallas area. Only request is that you would open at 10am so we can have a lunchon the road. First time eating here. Chicken not great. Chicken on the chicken sandwich was half the size of the bun. Looked like a chicken... tender. The bun was good. Barely any sauce on it. Pickles were ice cold. Asked the cashier for 6 chicken tenders. She repeated4. Told her no 6. Received 4! Gravy was extremely watery. Service was fair.
