This is the absolute worst service I have ever gotten from any establishment in my life. I was stuck in a restroom stall that... didn't lock for nearly 15 minutes waiting on an employee to bring toilet paper which one did after standing around talking witha coworker (could hear them just outside the door). When I finally emerged there was smoke in the building from something in thekitchen burning. Nobody did or said anything Nobody was taking orders or directing customers to use the kiosks so there was aherd of people just standing around and it was hard to move. It took 15 minutes to get our order. We were missing apple slicesand sauces for our nuggets. I went to the counter and kept getting run over by a young lady who kept darting in and out of thekitchen despite telling customers "I'm off the clock. Can't help you!" (If you're off the clock, stay out of the kitchen!) Therewas no leadership in the kitchen. There were plenty of of employees in the kitchen. Visually I could see at least one person per"station" in there. There were like 3 different employees standing around that just kind of wandered between asking if peoplewere waiting to order, yelling at someone in the back to come take orders, and standing around looking at everyone. One kid wasfilling up sodas for orders and then just setting them on the counter after quietly announcing the drink. There were easily adozen different sodas of all kinds on the counter by the time I got help. When I asked for our sauces, I was told they would getme my apple slices, but they were too busy to grab the sauces. Tables in the dining area were FILTHY. Overall I'd give thisMcDonald's negative stars if I could. It's the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Read more

On a trip to Texas Friday 11/17/2022 I found this store very disorganized in it's operations. I watched the wife of a customer... wait 15 minutes for cup of coffee while her husband was served already. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for single cup of icetea. I spoke to multiple employees about it so I could get back on the road. When I questioned why it took so long they saidthey had to brew it. I explained that they told me that almost 20 minutes ago and still no tea. Then another 10 more minutesand I finally got my single cup of ice ice tea. One family dining in received their food but their drinks sat on a back counterfor almost 10 minutes. The family ate while the dad stood and waited at counter for drinks. He said he never saw a McDonald'slike this in his life. He was angry that they kept ignoring him. They don't deliver food to table but holler out table numbersover and over again. This ruins the atmosphere in the store. It would be faster to just take the food to the table than tostand and wait and yell. This is rude and wastes so much time. The drink dispenser in the back of their work area kills theirproductivity. There isn't a drink dispenser out front where it should be. Read more

Filthy. Every square foot of the floor was filthy and it was early enough in the day that it couldn't have gotten like that... between the time they opened and when I went in there. There were a couple of dead insects on the countertop where youorder/pay. Easily the filthiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Took one look and walked right back out. Didn't even wanna breathethe air in there at that point. Pretty sure a troop of baboons would keep the place cleaner than the people that work there. Read more

Just don?t go. We?ve come numerous times over the past two years in hopes of better service. I understand Covid has changed the... dynamic of many restaurants and businesses in general. However, I?ve been served an apple pie in the morning that had a ?use by?sticker from the night before at 11:30 pm (this store isn?t 24 hours so it was left in the drawer the night before likely andthen reheated in the morning), I?ve waited for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions in drive-thru and curbside, and just nowI?ve had my order pumped and forgotten at curbside pickup. I?ve also witnessed an employee sick with the flu at work becausethey were so understaffed. Just do yourself a favor and pass this location by. I hope they are able to get things runningsmoothly for their employees and customers, but unfortunately right now is not that time. Read more

Didn't know which window to pay at after ordering in drive thru. One person in front of us...they were having good time with... employee working window. Original crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles was the dryest, most unappetizing item I've gottenanywhere in a long time. Glad that's not my regular McDonald's and I don't live in that town. Came through on our road trip. Used the kiosk inside to order. Kiosk didn?t print a receipt. Didn?t think anything about it.... When our food came out, it didn?t have the bottled orange juice (only option on the kiosk). So I went up to the counter to getit. I explained the issue. The lady at the counter got really loud and confrontational. She said we don?t have the bottledorange juice. We?re under new management. Then she asked for my receipt. I said it never printed it. She acted like she wasgetting the juice -came back and said I didn?t pay for it. I said yes I did. Then she came back again and said here. She gave mea orange juice from another order. And again loudly said I didn?t pay for it. It was crazy! I would have given the location azero at this point. The change was while we were eating, a gentleman came in the restaurant. He started going around to everyonein the dining area and asked how everything was. We told him briefly about having an issue over an orange juice. He said herecently took over the location. He apologized and said he was working on some issues. He gave us a card for free meal since hefound out we were traveling. He was very genuine and kind. Before we left, he brought my husband a bag of free hot chocolatechip cookies and a donut for my daughter. He said enjoy them on your trip. Kindness goes a long way. Read more
