Picked up lunch for my 94 year old mother and myself at the drive through to take home to eat(less than 2 minutes away). ... Sandwiches were cold and hard and obviously been sitting on the warming tray too long. Fries were undercooked and puthorizontal in the bag so that they spilled out all over. Also, they didn?t use a big enough bag for the order and the top wasopen and it was raining. They had told me to pull ahead from the window because my order wasn?t ready. When the kid gave me mybag it had gotten wet enough that the bag was practically falling apart. Food was so bad we couldn?t eat it. Will never gothere again. Read more

15 minute wait. Guy in the kitchen was snacking on fries between putting together burgers. Online order half of what I order was out. Ice coffee and sweet tea. Ask for ketchup they were out of to. So I guess eat fries... dry with nothing. They won't do a side order of ketchup due to new management rules. That's so disappointing when you take a 30min. Lunch break because u don't have time to go somewhere else. Read more

Was heading out on a family trip to Wisconsin Dells and stopped by to get some quick lunch to eat on the way. We had about a $40... order, they got us through in less than 5 minutes and the food was hot but they forgot my sandwich and by the time we noticed itwe were already in Lacon and I wasn?t turning around. My family has had one bad experience after another here. We have went there had a bad experience, didn't go for a year, came... back, had another bad experience, and so on.. Everything from being cussed out by a manager because they forgot the fries I paidfor in the bag to not having a burger on the bun to having plastic in the sandwich.. I mean.. I do hope they can eventually gettheir act together and hire some managers who can create a positive learning environment for the teens who need to learn a goodwork ethic for future jobs. Read more
