Super busy. Fries were warm, nuggets were warm but had been cooked awhile, burger was cold. I know its fast food but seriously... everything should've been hot considering lobby was full. Really disappointed Read more
The lady taking our order was very rude and sarcastic. We pulled to the speaker, rufely she said, you're gonna have to wait,... I'm already taking 3 other orders. Then we asked for a large sweet tea, she said how bout a medium, with no explanation as towhy we couldn't get a large. This is just a small summary. The gal was flat out rude. Read more
Nicest BK i've ever been to in Missouri. 5/5 freshness, flavour, and friendly staff. Clean dining area and restroom.
Went into get lunch and there was 4 people working that day, we got our food and the fries were cold and not all the way cooked,... and one of our whoppers didn't get lettuce with it. We told them about the fries and they put down fresh fries and when theywere done they were put into the fry container to cool down and all employees went out back to smoke. We had to go outside totell them we would like our new fries before those got cold as well and they got on their head set to tell the manager that wasinside the office doing paperwork to get our fries. They didn't have sesame seed buns. They also only put 1 piece of cheese on a double cheeseburger, and the burger wasn't heated... up enough to melt the cheese. Sesame seed buns are one of the most important things about burger king. I love burger king, andthis location looked like the best burger king on the outside, because it was so nicely renovated, but they are doing so manythings differently then a normal burger king, in a bad way, so I can't recommend them Read more
