When ordering food it would be so nice if the customers weren't interupted multiple times as they ordering! How about you listen... to the customer before you interupt asking , is that it after every thing, or is that large, can't you shut up long enough toactually listen to the customer. The employee taking our order was not very informed on the specials. We ordered 2 big macs which were buy 1 get 1 free and he... argued and said it was buy 1 get 1 for $1.00..Also the fries were old and we got a large order which was $4 and change. Made quick stop heading out of town.French fries were horrible. Not crispy, could cook longer, cold. Fish sandwich suppose to... have tarter sauce on it. It was half off the sandwicb what was on it. Was grease but bun was fresh if that counts for anythingnext time will turn other way for different resturant choices. Turn left not right. Read more
Ordered a sandwich with no sauce. Got a sandwich with sauce. Tried again, again received sandwiches with sauce. When called to... correct issue was told that the sauce is what makes it spicy. I don't care, I ordered no sauce I should be getting sandwicheswith no sauce. Read more
Order food today to get wrong drank I Order a dr pepper instead get a coke which is normal ppl make mistakes then we go to... opening are double bacon cheese burgers to have old bacon that was hard and brunt so go to tell Manager that it was old baconin she tried to tell me they just pulled the bacon up it fresh bacon. But to add this in there the head McDonald's managementteam was here so I was like I can take it to them in see what they think then she was quick to fix it but should of not arguewith a customer . Service was slow. We had to ?pull forward? to wait on our food. Many many vehicles came and went from the window before we... finally received our food 15 minutes later. A nice little lady delivered our food and wished us a good evening as she waved andsmiled at us. She brightened my day. Read more
