If you want your food made wrong, visit the Chillicothe Sonic. They?ll stand up to the challenge and miss it by a mile every... time. Also, remaking the sandwich wrong the second time is a sure fire way to lose my business. Third time is not a charm. Read more
At the first ring to the button they had conversations with themselves instead of taking our order and hung up. Upset, we... started checking the clock. It took another 8 minutes to get the button answered the second time and an order actualky taken. Ittook 25 minutes of waiting after the order was placed before we asked where our order was. The reply was there were only threepeople on staff and it would be out shortly. We set an additional 5 minute timer. After all most items take less than 5 minutesto prepare fresh there. Instead of bringing our food she was noticed taking out the inside trash. Our order didn't arrive beforethe 5 minute timer went back off. They're supposed to have food out in a specfic time frame. They're also supposed to do certainthings when they are slower for customer service reasons. If looking for fast food while you are passing through town, you mightcall ahead if time to ask how backed up they are. We went elsewhere and will keep this in mind if we swing back through town. Service is good. I don?t use the drive through so I can tip the car hops. Nothing especially great about this place but nothing... bad either. I know I?ll get my order correctly and they usually have good service. Read more
Spent over 30 minutes just waiting to get our food, left a stall and went to drive through just to get 1 of the mistakes made... fixed. There was an employee named Jeremy there that was working his tail off!! Drive thru, delivering food, preparing ordersand answering stalls. Major props and thanks to him! Read more
A young man who works here stopped to help me with my car that broke down on busy Washington Street. He was riding his bicycle... to work at SONIC. I was really thankful because my car was sticking out in the street a little bit. After my car was towed to ashop and my mother picked me up, I told her that I wanted to stop to see if he was working. He was there and took our order anddelivered our order of two shakes. The shakes are very healthy portions and were delicious. I was able to give him a generoustip for his act of kindness (he pushed my car while I steered it off the busy street). The shakes were delivered quickly andwere delicious but beyond that, it is rare that anyone goes out of their way to help someone in our day and age!!! Read more
Today, I was told I would get a refund (because I deleted an item off of the app and I guess it didn?t go through) Well they... still charged me and never got a receipt saying the correct or amount or anything about a refund. My boyfriend?s chili on hisfries was burnt (like black on top) it was so gross he couldn?t finish it. Both of his patties were burnt for his super sonicdouble cheeseburger. He also ordered no tomatoes or pickles on his burger, but both were on the cheeseburger. I ordered honeybqq jumbo popcorn chicken, but they literally gave me jumbo popcorn chicken with my bqq sauce on it. I also ordered Mozzarellasticks and they were dry. They can?t get an order right, there to slow. Ordered a combo didn?t get my fries so when I called back in for them it took... almost 10 minutes to get them I used to work here at the old location I know it dosnt take this long to cook French fries. Thankgoodness the manager was nice enough to work with me to get the situation resolved. Read more
