I was in-store and an online order was returned. They threw the sandwichs on the counter. I assumed to be disposed of. I told... the young lady that I knew a hungry family. Could they donate them instead of just discarding them. She said it was companypolicy to discard them. I was appalled. I eat subway 4 days a week and I will never spend another dime there. Pulled into the parking area at 40 minutes until Closing time. The open sign was turnned off. Looking into the restaurant you... could see the 2 ladies cleaning like they were closed most the lights were turned off. When I tried the door it was unlocked. Istuck my head onside and asked if they were still open even though the sign on the door said opeb until 9pm I reserved anannoyied sigh and was told yes in a very rude tone. Myself and to other friends all ordered 1 drink 1 sandwich and a bag ofchips maybe a few cookies each. Our food was thrown around the meats and veggies were thrown into the wraps and bread and lookedlike a pile of slop. We were served with horrible attitudes and disrespectful tone. I was completely unimpressed. I have workedfor subway before and know how things are made and how employees are to treat their customers. This service was so horrible andlacking any kind of welcomeme attitude that subway is known for. Very disappointed tonight!!!! Read more
