Horrible experience! Waited a very long time in drive through line! There were only 3 cars ahead of me and one of the vehicles... didn't even get any food- they drove off after placing (or attempting) to place their order. When I finally reached the place inprocess where you order, the attendant informed me that there was only one grill cook and orders where taking 10- 15 mins. Isaid I've waited this long, I'll wait another 10. I began by ordering 5 tacos and thats when the attendant said " I need to letyou know that I'm only taking 3 or 4 item orders'. I was ordering for my family- who by this point were very upset! 3 or 4items would not do so after 30 min, I drove off with no food and no apologies! Read more
When my order was done I went up to get it and didn't receive my cup for my drink I stood there for a good 3 to 4 minutes trying... to get some ones attention politely even got looked at a couple times but no help tell I got loud enough the whole store heardme then got attitude from the girl who handed me my cup. Mind you I am African American. After I got my cup and set down toeat a couple Caucasian girl and lady came in and the got to them as soon as they walked in. All of these employees deserve a raise, 100%! This is probably one of the best tacobell experiences I've had. Employee was clear... and easy to understand in the drive through, very fast and professional, got everything right, and the portions look amazing!Normally things are just thrown together (understandably, I've worked fastfood), but the power menu bowl I received wasglorious. When I went there today the associate working drive through had a poor attitude and was being very snide sounding, refusing to... honor THEIR coupon which states "buy ANY menu item get one FREE." The only restrictions on said coupon was it had to be equalor lesser value,. I feel like this is false advertisement, needless to say after the employees attitude and the store refusal tohonor THEIR own coupon we felt it put a big damper on our celebration meal that we were trying to have. ????????
