The roast beef was really tough and didn't taste like Arby's usually tastes. I like Arby's but today they were really off.

This ARBY'S DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE in the early 2010s was absolutely NOT GOOD MOOD NEWS. The FIRST TIME this happened was when I... was TRYING TO GREET SIERRA, but she said "I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU!" That's a big NO-NO on her behalf. Then came BRITTANY. Igreeted her and she GAVE ME A DIRTY LOOK! When my late mom asked for the MANAGER, BRITTANY THREW THE MONEY UP IN THE AIR ANDSTORMED OFF. I don't even want to give a star after this experience. This location has been on a decline. It's always taken forever so I... don't want to hear anything about hiring people. I've seen your staff.
