This store is not worthy of the Dickey's name. I ate here right after the new store opened food was good then, asked Mgr. About... the ice cream machine he said it was on order. Now it's Sept. 2022 Food was room temperature. Flies were buzzing us while weate. And..... still no ice cream ! Won't stop here again Read more

First and last time I will eat at this location. How are you out of pulled pork?!? The customer service was terrible. All the... employees have a ?careless? attitude. Second, we didn?t know the only seating is at a bar. Trying to eat lunch with the kids ona Sunday while a bunch of middle age men watch football, with the TV on full blast! Last, the price for the food is outrageouslyhigh for a scoop of pre made side dish and pre cut meat that the staff throws together! Read more

It was our first time eating there. I absolutely loved the baked potato with pulled pork. The sweet bbq was amazing! My hubby... said the meat was tender and very good. Read more

Bad overall experience. Ordered takeout roughly 20minutes ago. Ordered 2 things of fries. Get there and they are completely out... swapped me for 2 mac and cheeses . I paid an additional $6 for 3 extra sauces . Noticed once I arrived home I didn?t get them.Dinner rolls hard as a rock. Mac and cheese cold. Green beans / pulled pork moderate in taste and only semi hot. Would not ordertake out again from here due to poor communication, poor food handling , and poor overall experience. Read more

It was a spur of the moment trip so we didn?t have a lot of time with the menu. It was very good but a bit pricey ($55/3 meals)!... I also wasn?t expecting to not get bread with our meat which was a little odd for me. Planning to look at the menu a bit betterbefore we come back next time because I?ll definitely be back (that pulled pork was goooooood ????)! Staff were all veryfriendly and helpful! Read more

I used to live in a different town that had a Dickey's and I loved it, so I was very excited to see this open in Chillicothe. My... husband and I got sandwiches from here when they first opened and they were good. That was during lunch hour so they were busyand the food was fresh then. Seems like there is always more management and owner involvement when places first open, so thefood was fine then. This most recent time we ordered takeout on a Sunday evening. It was 5:30-6 so it wasn't like it was rightbefore closing. The food was very disappointing though. We each ordered a three meat plate with two servings of brisket and oneserving of ribs. We only got two slices of brisket each. Two slices is not the same thing as two servings, we should have gotfour slices each. So basically we paid for a three meat plate but only got a two meat plate. The ribs were dry. Actually theywere hard, and unchewable. The brisket was also tough and dry, although not as bad as the ribs. The Dickey's I remember wasgenerous with the BBQ sauce, not this place. Some of the sides were old and mushy and the tea was watered down. I actuallyrequested tea with no ice so I could add my own ice at home, but they filled that cup with ice anyway. So I basically had teaflavored water. My husband did say his fried okra was okay, I'm assuming that had to be made fresh. But everything else was justsad. I told my husband that the dinner roll was the best part of the meal, which is sad. It seems they are taking a lot of costcutting measures and the quality is suffering. I will not be surprised if they don't stay in business for more than a coupleyears. I can't recommend this location. I still enjoy Dickey's BBQ and would stop at other locations if I was traveling, butthis location is not representative of the company as a whole. It's not cheap either so to anyone considering eating here, justdon't. Take your money elsewhere. Read more

Was OK. went on a weekday for lunch. Was pretty pricey for the sizes we got. Paid 40 bucks for wings and pulled pork. The meat... was okay, roll Was dry, Mac n cheese was dry. BBQ sauce seemed watered down. Weird vibe. Management and employees didn't seemhappy to talk to you. An older guy was too busy talking to his friends then his customers. Wasn't busy at all. Such a prettybuilding. The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. I'd recomemd roosters or bbw. Read more

Lots of meat for your money. Not the best food experience though. All the food was room temperature and precut and dry. Not what... you expect to find at a barbeque restaurant. Read more
