My order was coming out of the oven when I arrived to the scheduled time for pickup. It was all made correct and taste great.
I'd say there customer service is amazing, they couldn't find my order in there system even though I had their food in their... container, they still issued a remake. I'm honestly not a huge fan of Pizza hut however we just ordered from there and I'm telling you it was the best pizza I've had... in a long time. It was delivered. The young man that stopped at my house was very polite and represented the company very well.But the pizza was amazing. Pizza hut knocked it out of the park tonight. Great job. Read more
Gal taking my order was rude. Ordered 3pizzas & they were NoT the way we asked. Overbaked, crust was hard someone with braces... could not eat it... when asked SPECIFICALLY not to do that by pushing it in the conveyor belt a little bit instead of at thebeginning. Toppings were not edg-to-edge when we Specifically asked "No Crust". There were more problems & I never complain...even with someone rude I don't complain, but, tonight was supposed to be special & the fact she didn't let the cook know of ourspecial request made the cook look bad when it wasn't their intention. NO they were NoT busy! The manager a year ago was so kind& helpful after we lost our home in a fire. We had our dinner there every Thursday for a few months until we had to move. Whathappened to that place? There was a guy there that night, maybe a driver who gave us drink while we waited. Thankyou for yourkindness that night. Read more
We placed an order with Megan, she was honest about the delivery delay, and super nice. She actually called me when the pizza... left the store. Who does that? Megan did. She also made sure napkins got sent because I asked. We got the pizza in like 30minutes and it was fresh and HOT. The delivery driver (Door dash) was friendly. I was nervous because we had a cash tip and Iunderstand why door dash drives pass over those. I'm honestly impressed! Thank you to the kitchen the pizza was great!
