I made an in-app order at 1:17 it said it would be ready at 1:22 I pulled up to the drive-thru and told them I had an app order... made my way to the window and everyone seem confused they asked me to pull around and they will bring out my food at 1:52 Iwalked to the window and they were supposedly about to finish up my food I told them I wanted a refund instead they told me Ihad to call on the app to get a refund very frustrated very hungry very big waste of time Read more

Unfortunately they were understaffed and busy when I went. The two workers were very nice but were not able to get the orders... out quickly. The restaurant was also out of a few menu items. They apologized for my wait and discounted my meal. (I did not askfor them to do that, they offered in return for my patience.) Read more

The food was good and the staff was helpful but they were terribly understaffed. Management needs to bring on more employees and... the ones that showed up need a raise for keeping the place going. I HATE HATE HATE the robotic drive thru. I don't know who'share-brained idea it was to borrow the technology that ruins the Comcast customer service experience and have it take foodorders but please fire them. Read more

I arrived at the drive thru at 6:08pm and no one ever took my order. I tried calling the restaurant while I was waiting to see... if they were even open?no one answered. So, I backed out the drive thru and drove around to the front of the restaurant andwaited for quite some time at the window before someone acknowledged me. Seriously, all I wanted was a half lb. of chickenbites for my son. Finally, the cook came to the window to help me. He told me that the manager said that it would. a fewminutes before he could wait on me because it was shift change. I counted five employees in the restaurant. Thank goodness forthe cook because I asked him to please prepare my food so they I would not have to wait until the manager could get around towaiting on me. Thank goodness, he did. By the time that I was finally waited on and received my order it was 6:32pm. Nodiscount was offered for my inconvenience. I have waited for quite awhile for my food before at this location and gave them thebenefit of the doubt. However, this is unacceptable. Read more

The food was hard. Hamburger was hard and had been warmed up in microwave. The fries were so salty they could not be eaten. They... were old to and tough to chew. Honestly I was really surprised. I won't be going there for a while. I'm disappointed because Ispent $23 on a special treat for my family and we could not even eat. And no $ for anything else. Read more

Sat In line in the drivethru for 38 min and got to the speaker and wad told if I didn't have a card or correct change they... couldn't help me. Luckily I had a passenger in the car with a card. Then got our food and it was cold. It's crazy we had a 38min wait and there were 3 cars in front of me. Not to mention once your in the drive-thru if you decide not to order you arestuck if there are cars behind you. I'll never go there again Read more
