They was busy, so understandable.. But waited about 25 mins before anyone served us a drink. And you should always use the ice... scoop to get ice for cup's even if it takes few seconds longer. Finger nails have Proven to cause sickness. Just saying.. Somescooped and some did not! Read more

I had wanted to try this place the last few times we were in Chilicothe. So we went in about 8pm. The couple we were dining with... said they had been waiting to get a seat which was ok since we were late. The appetizer I ordered was wrong. ( Supposed to betater wedges not fries) . The chicken our friend ordered had mustard which he asked for it NOT to be on the sandwich. And hiswife asked for a well done burger and it was pink which they took a while to make that right. Everybody else was done eating bythe time it came. Thought the burrito I ordered was ok for the price but I would have paid more for real cheese on it. Myhusband got what he asked for. Exactly. I go in here at least 2-3 a week. Favorite place to go. Workers are usually really nice and they?ve never disappointed me. ... However, there was one instance a few months ago but we won?t discuss that. They?ve always been respectful and the waitressesare sweethearts and genuinely care about who they?re serving. We wanted to eat at a BBQ joint but thanks to a truck parade and a lack of parking, we ended up at Roosters. We were impressed... with the pricing and started off with appetizers. They arrived quickly and were very good. After that we had ordered our foodbut waited almost 45 minutes to get our food. In fact one of us in the party ordered a burger to find out they ran out ofburgers. Our food came out semi warm . Nothing amazed us with the entrees. Portion size was very decent though. Most of the time the food is really good. Staff is fairly friendly. Wait time for your order is acceptable.
Conveniently located within walking distance of my hotel, I really enjoyed my meal at Roosters! I had the Fish Sandwich with... Mozarella Cheese and a Garden Salad with Ranch Dressing. It was delicious, and the portions were huge so I had leftovers for anevening snack later on. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend eating here, wish we had one in Cleveland! Read more
