Always treated well. Dining room very clean. Sandwich prep area also very clean. Staff friendly, courteous, multi taskers. I do... wish they would have kept the Italian dressing. Overall great experience. Looks like changes are being made to a scenario wherethey make the sandwiches and tell customers the toppings and condiments compared to how you would like it as a customer, withthe toppings and condiments of your choosing.. New menu board with numbered sandwiches, also shows what it comes with, ie:veggie and condiments. In my opinion that will hold back the refresh freshness, causing it to become stale and boring. This was the subway in Walmart of Chillicothe and the girl who helped us was new and she wasn't very well trained or... knowledgeable in her product menu but other than that it was great food. My kids loved it too Read more
if I having subway it's from this one. Subway can be extremely busy but i use the subway mobile app almost every time to order... and pay. It saves a lot of time and you can customize your sandwich. it also tells me what time my order will be done so it'seasy. I use the drive thru window and it's almost always a quick, painless pickup . I like the employees there and mysandwiches always taste good. Read more
Went through the drive thru for the first time. There was a short wait, which we didn?t mind. The lady who took our order and... the man who gave us our food through the window were incredibly rude. Both my boyfriend and I felt rushed and like we were aninconvenience when she took our orders. Our subs were handed to us and the window immediately shut. Go to a different locationor go inside for better customer service. Read more
Ordered 2 subs and they screwed up both of them... Called them to let them know what they did and they said sorry. No offer to... replace them or offer any restitution for their mistake Guess they were to busy goofing off with their friends at thecounter...next time somebody calls in to report that they made a mistake make sure you cover the phone better while bullshittingwith your friends...if I wasn't at the hospital, I would have taken them back and thrown them across the counter at the idiotsthat Work there...
