Me and my husband love this place we use to go all the time before Covid hit so when everything started to normalize we decided... to go back. The staff was very friendly and we love the the salad and homemade croutons. also the chips and cheese and salsa waswonderful and I love that they keep it warm with a candle. That being said we do think this time the food was very salty almostinedible for are entrees we got steak and potatoes, we usually love everything just this time there was way to much salt idk ifthey switched cooks or just over seasoned but felt sick after all the salt on entrees everything else was good though will tryagain when in town. Everyone was so friendly! Especially Austin the manager. He was so helpful and stopped by just to check on us. I have been... several times and have had nothing but great experience each time! The absolute worst meal we have ever received at a restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for our food and it all cane out cold, dry and... overcooked. Service was terrible as well, made it obvious that there was an issue with the meal and our server couldn't careless wouldn't even ask us how things were. Couldn't get the managers attention either to correct issues. Hated being stuckpaying full price for 5 meals that nobody at the table ate. Read more

I enjoyed the exceptional service and food here. The staff are incredibly friendly. I love the atmosphere here. I always have... the Cheyenne Style smothered chicken and pretzel bites with queso. Was just at this Tumbleweeds Saturday. This is the Best Tumbleweeds, I have ever been in. Clean, great staff very helpful on... suggestions. The food was outstanding. I ordered a steak and it literally melted in my mouth. Also ordered chicken fingers, theytoo were outstanding, not greasy like other places. Zachary per his name tag was attentive to the customers needs throughout therestaurant. Now that's Real customer service. Thank you all for the fanatic experience. They were quick to seat us and immediately put server came over and welcomed us!! He asked us if he could have our drink orders... and when my mom and I explained I was having a low blood sugar episode he asked what I needed to drink and quickly grabbed itbefore even taking all the drink orders!! He was very attentive to us the entire time, making sure we had everything we neededand really going the extra mile to make sure we were happy!! I enjoyed the service provided, food was quick and alright for the price. My meal was a bit salty but management made it right... with me and was appreciative of my feedback. I cant fault a business for one bad meal especially with how nice and understandingthey were. It was clean and well lit inside, very little wait time for food given the lunch rush.
