Not a great service experience and probably won't visit this particular a&w for awhile. Dine in. Missed part of our order. When... I notified I watched counter staff repeatedly ask kitchen staff to get the order down. It took almost 25min for chkn strips andwhen it finally came I was told the kitchen just wouldn't/couldn't get it down despite multiple requests. Yum yum yum! The best burgers hands down. Their fries and the root beer are class apart. They should start loyalty programs... atleast for people like me who only eat at their store every single time ???? Read more

Not a great first experience. Lived in Chilliwack for a year and this was our first time at this A&W location. The onion rings... were a disaster , couldn?t even eat them. SO soggy and cold, and the breading was crumbling off. Chicken was not fresh. Annoyingwhen you spend 20$ a meal for this. May as well go eat at a nicer restaurant and spend slightly more for much better quality.Normally A&W is decent but I probably won?t go back after that Read more
Love the new brew bar!!! Been trying them all. So far my favourite is the frozen root beer and sweet cream. It tastes like the... rootbeer milkshake you used to be able to get some places. The frozen cold brew with caramel is my go to if I?m in the mood forcoffee but it?s hot out. Read more
