I get a pretty specific smoothie and today the girl was trying to make it right, but it somehow came out super liquidy. I always... ask for no ice, extra frozen yogurt. Pretty sure most employees don?t understand ?extra frozen yogurt? because it?s only 1 outof 10 times I?ll actually get a thick consistency smoothie. Same order every time. Everything perfect but they dont let their customers to use their washroom since last year.Last year they excused that it is... covid and now they say they dont have stuff to clean it up. They use it for personal but they put a "out of service" notice.Totally unacceptable. Read more
Constantly makes the wrong smoothie (or makes it incorrectly) then gives a terrible attitude when their mistake is pointed out.... Needs better staff. Much rather go to the other one across town. Read more
I went in to order a smoothie- there was one person ahead of me but he had ordered before I decided what I wanted and got his... order shortly after. My first issue was the store was extremely hot which wasn?t pleasant as I had to wait 15 minutes for asingle smoothie. I understand things happen and break unexpectedly but perhaps having the door open and fans would have helpedas it was cooler outside than inside. My second issue was the employees were talking amongst themselves about how dirty thejuicing machine was and how the previous nights employees weren?t doing their job. Again, things happen but you should not bespeaking about how dirty your establishment is and equipment is in front of customers. She was also clearly upset and annoyedthat ingredients weren?t out like they should have been and voiced that as well in front of me. My third issue was that it took15 minutes for one smoothie which is absolutely ridiculous. And my final issue was my smoothie wasn?t even blended all the wayand it was chunky. I rarely post reviews and am a very patient and forgiving person but this all was just an awful experience. Read more
