Pretty old location that badly needs some attention (renovations). Staff is friendly and helpful and food is typical Burger... King...it's a very old and run down location though. Not really an appealing place to go in and sit down. Read more
East Indian guy Rude not friendly at all hard to understand and hard for them to understand while you order they should ... training them better and make sure they know well the language gladly they don't have them on drive thru. Received coupons in the mail so we decided to make use of them. Opted for the drive-thru and ordered a Whopper and a poutine... and was charged for both but only got a Whopper in the bag. Went inside to get my order fixed and the kid behind the counterwas lying to the other staff saying that I drove off before he could anything. Apparently they were out of poutine and insteadof telling me, he charged me for it and lied. He looked about 12 and was rude at the window. The gal behind the counter didwhat she could to fix my order which is why this is a 2 star review instead of 1. Food was OK but expensive. Will not be back. Read more
The customer service was so slow. I had to wait five minutes before someone came to take my order, and the store was practically... empty. They also made my order wrong so I had to go and ask them to actually me the correct burger. Read more
