Went into the store for takeout, since the drive thru lineup was long. Burger in combo was good but it is very disappointing... that the quantity of fries was not enough to fill half the container. And the few we did get were cold Given the profit onfries is second only to soft drinks, it's very disappointing that they cannot fill up the box. Read more

I always drive out from abbotsford to this chilliwack location to pickup ice cream cake orders because my grandmother and uncle... live there. Two years in a row they messed up on my cake order. Last year they didn't even have the cake made when I showed up.They said "they must have missed the email " I had to wait for them to make it. Which they did. I get they are busy so I let itgo. This year I went back and they.messed up again. There was supposed to be a picture on the cake ...there wasn't. I told themthere was....they pulled up the form I could see where it said "picture in email" but the whole cake had writing on it so itwasn't like he could just add the picture the whole cake would need to be remade they asked if I could come back later but therewas no way. After 2 years of them messing up my cake order I will never order from this location again. I will literally pickupa cake from abbotsford and use ice packs to get an ice cream cake into chilliwack before I ever place an order from thislocation again. Once I get it but two years in a row ....I couldn't belive it and super frustrating! Read more
