Ordered in drive through, got to the window where a card machine was put in front of me, I told the lady I was paying cash and... her whole attitude changed I front of me. Having worked in client services I make sure I treat everyone with respect. My foodwas handed to me by someone else who said this lady does that all the time. Read more
My order was correct and the food was good, but I was in the drive through, which should be fairly quick. It wasn't though. This... is the second or third time I'be been in the drive through in which it was very slow. It took quite a while for the vehicle infront of me to be able to order, and then when it was my turn, it took a long time before the person taking the orders tookmine. It's faster to go into the restaurant, I've found, but I wanted to give the drive through another chance. Once my orderwas finally placed, though, it was ready within five minutes.
