Ordered in drive through, got to the window where a card machine was put in front of me, I told the lady I was paying cash and... her whole attitude changed I front of me. My order was correct and the food was good, but I was in the drive through, which should be fairly quick. It wasn't though. This... is the second or third time I'be been in the drive through in which it was very slow. It took quite a while for the vehicle infront of me to be able to order, and then when it was my turn, it took a long time before the person taking the orders tookmine. It's faster to go into the restaurant, I've found, but I wanted to give the drive through another chance. Once my orderwas finally placed, though, it was ready within five minutes. It just doesn't seem right that it should take so long beforeanyone takes your order, especially in a drive through. Read more

I see the bad reviews, and I can't speak for those obviously but I went to this location today and was greeted immediately,... offered excellent customer service, store was clean, and the food was hot. Even the fries were fresh, I dont think I've ever hadfresh kfc fries. I wouldn't let bad reviews prevent you from going, this location must have turned things around because it wasa wonderful experience. I will be back! They have done the impossible and made me like kfc again lol its been years and justdecided to give them another chance :) Read more
I figured after my horrible experience at the Luckakuck location that I would give this place a try since it's a newer location... and hopefully better staffed. Nope, the 2 of us who ended up eating pieces of chicken were both sick that night. The otherperson in our group had a sandwich and was fine but wasn't overly impressed with their food. Do yourself a favor and walk acrossthe street to Mary Brown's unless you've got a taste for food poisoning. Read more
