What an experience! The restaurant was filthy, and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. There seemed to be a lot... of chaos in the kitchen area, and the people who were waiting for their orders were getting increasingly upset at how long itwas taking to fill them. And this included orders that should have been fairly easy to fill. I like McDonald's but I won't begoing back to this one. Read more
Extra long waiting. Poutine came out with weird sauce and frozen cold cheese. Had to go back to exchange. The one I received was... better but not significantly. Cappuccino tasted like regular coffee, Luke warm. Not coming back. Read more
This has to be the worst McDonald's I've been to in Chilliwack. They always seem short staffed, the wait time for your food is... consistently insanely long. The lobby and seating areas are always filthy and don't look like they get cleaned all day long. Ilive nearby and it's the closest location so I've been there many times and it's pretty bad every single time I've come in. Justavoid this location if you can, it's especially bad in the summer with all the visitors to Cultus Lake coming through. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's if not the worst restaurants in chilliwack. The bathrooms are never cleaned. The staff is lazy at... best seemingly more interested in socializing amongst themselves rather than help customers. Again tonight I am in the placebefore closing in line and get up to counter to order a milkshake only to be told they are now closed?. The owner must reallynot care. Read more
I last reviewed this location around 5 months ago. I hoped that transaction was a one off as the service and attention to detail... was well below 1 star. On visiting the very same establishment this week, I have to report the service and attention to detailhas fallen even lower. This time my order accounted for 2 products. 2 cheese burgers and a box of chicken McNuggets. I grabbedthe bag drove off and when I got into the house found the nuggets and only one burger. How possibly can the staff screw up anorder of three items, two being the same product? My best advice is STAY WELL CLEAR. After speaking to September and asking herto refund my Creditcard she took the details them explained I had to be there to have the refund. I had to call close by today,so I went into the outlet. The staff don?t understand plain simple English along with their duty manager, who asked me threetimes if I wanted the burgers, I mentioned it was only ?1 you short changed me of? and no, I simply would like therefund. Suffice to say, however hungry I am , I will never ever go into that outlet again. Limpet clams have higher IQ?s thanthe staff employed there. If there was a -6 star rating I would award this. The experiences here are hit and miss, I believe they don't always staff properly so it puts a lot of pressure on staff making... it difficult during rush hour times. Staff is generally great and work hard. My most recent experience they forgot my breakfastsandwich and I had to wait 15 minutes for new one while other food sat. Unfortunate to say this has happen many times at thislocation. Still a regular and grateful for the food :) Read more
Gotta say, pretty disappointed here. Went for the $2+tax Big Mac deal. First, their scanners didn't register the coupon from my... app and they refused to give me the deal (I then ordered online and the coupon applied just fine). Also, though, it looked likethey didn't even try to make my burger look decent. Always a disappointment ordering food from here. Bags are always missing something. There are never straws for the drinks. Pay... extra for sweet and sour sauces to not have any of them put in the bags. Even the happy meals are always missing the requestedsauces, why would the employees ask if there never going to put any in the box. Paying bottle deposits for chocolate milks inthe happy meals and not get any drink with them. Customer service is seriously lacking here. No one actually answers the phoneunless they just pick up to hangs up on you. No messages are ever returned. Pretty sad when even the kids are disappointed inthe services of this restaurant. Read more
