The first experience of the pacific coffee?it was great!
If you're like me who orders A LOT of stuff online, many know that it's common to state a different shipping address in the... 'Instructions to merchant' than the default one listed in Paypal (guess what: some of us have international accounts. Crazy, Iknow!) because we'd be screwed otherwise. Well, don't order from these guys because, apparently, they don't read the damnmessage attached to the payment receipt. What pisses me off is that when I called to inquire, he KNEW that I was calling aboutthe shipping conflict. This dude's excuse is that they don't get the Instructions to Merchant from Paypal. Right, because I'venever used Paypal in this way before. Hmm, and you mysteriously know to attack me from the moment I call, about sending to thewrong address. What pisses me off is that there was no offer to resolve the issue, I was simply being told off by the warehouseguy instead, even after repeatedly telling guy to be calm, because I'm not here to argue, I just want to know how to solve thisto get my coffee. Long story short, I get no coffee?not even an offer to reorder (!!), all I get is being shouted at for tryingto resolve my troubles. An outstanding bunch! Read more

I've been using Pacific Coffee Roasters coffee since they first opened here in Chilliwack, & haven't strayed since. (that's... about 4 years now, I think.... maybe more) It's the best coffee, with such a great variety of flavours, plus I love the idea ofsupporting a local business, that specializes in fair trade. Everyone that comes to my home comments on the great coffee Iserve. & whenever coffee comes up in conversation, I recommend Pacific Coffee & tell people where to find it. Read more
