Ordered a pizza, a salad and 3 dips for delivery. First delivery only brought the pizza so we called and said the salad and dips... had not been delivered with our order that were on the receipt. The second delivery brought the salad but still no dips.. howhard is it to check the receipt before you leave the store to ensure you have the entire order? Read more
The quality of the food was good, but I called ahead for pick up and they made the wrong pizza, then insisted it was what I... ordered. They exchanged it anyway but I'm pretty sure I'd know that chicken isn't supposed to be on a tropical hawaiian pizza...my thoughts are that they just looked at the wrong recipe??????????? Read more

i worked here and this place is a joke.great fantastic even staff but overpriced paperthin pizza.i knew on my 3rd day i wasnt... lasting long on the rude things the owner was saying to friendly delivery driver when that rude landed on me my job didnt lastlong.cant even feed her staff a 75 cent food cost pizza. wouldnt spend a dollar here if i wanted a pizza night. We have ordered from the panago in Hope BC and Abbotsford, wonderful every time. This was our first time ordering from this... location. We would have been better off if I had gotten frozen pizza from a convenient store. We spent $78 on dry overcookedpizza. I'm not picky on pizza, but this was horrible. I hope this was a one time deal for them and that they do a much betterjob for other people. Unfortunately when it comes to food that we give to our guests and ourselves, there is no second chance. Very nice Pizza!!!! Nice clean hygienic pizza place. Their new line of plant based meat pizza line is pretty extensive and lots... of choices. They also offer many choices on crust and base sauce. To cover some I have added some pictures with this review. Theone I tried was coconut curry base sauce and I found a bit salty but other than that it was very tasty. Read more

Pretty dissapointed, I ordered a large chicken taco pizza yesterday. It was so unbelievably small and had barely any toppings,... it definitely looked like a small or medium at most. So expensive, not worth the price at all. We got very little toppings,there was only 1 piece of chicken on the piece I ate. I had ordered one a while back, it must have been from the down town onebecause it was way better. I would never return or order from them again. Read more

Pizza for dinner after a day fishing on the water was a great choice. Typical Panago ordering procedures and using Google Map... directions helped us order and find the store easily. The pizza did not seem to have enough toppings on it as normal, but ittasted great and like all the others. Read more
